I would like to change my apple ID region and due to my account balance it wont let me. I will be appreciate if you zero my account balance.
Nobody on these boards can. Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
