What has caused my iPhone not to charge on a wireless charger?

This is a bug on the iPhone 12 that will only be fixed with a force restart. In quick succession press and release volume up, then press and release volume down and quickly press and hold the lock button until you see the Apple logo. Wireless charging should work after the force restart, I had this same issue on mine :(
also check for updates to iOS 14.3, it claims to fix this.
