Fitness app didn't update to include Fitness

It is not available in all countries at this time.

What country are you in?

I have updated my watch ready for my fitness+ free trial but on the fitness app on iPhone there’s no tab at the bottom and it looks like there’s no update for the app to update this. I am in the UK so will there be an update very soon? Also there isn’t a fitness app to download on my iPad Pro either? Thank you.

Ok as an update. I have gone in to general and software update and it said download for 14.3 even though there wasn’t the usual way to let us know there is an update ready. Hopefully this could be it but it worth going in to look as it’s not going to be obvious there is an update to be done.
