What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

The Apple TV box will recognize any Apple TV+ subscription from the Apple ID account that is used on the device for the iTunes Store (and App Store). There is no separate sign-in for the Apple TV app (except on Mac and third party streaming devices).
