Iphone 7 can't hear caller's caller can't hear me

Iphone 7 can't hear caller and when I call caller can't hear me.

First, let's see if the mics are working properly on your iPhone.


If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working


Also, can you hear callers when connected to another network, or with speakerphone on? Let us know.
