I already canceled all my subscriptions, and I want to remove my card because I don’t use it anymore,I want to remove because it doesn’t let me download anything because supposedly I have a subscription that requires one more payment

If you can't choose None when you edit your Apple ID payment information

1. If you have an unpaid balance or payment due
2. If you have a subscription that automatically renews
3. If you're using the iTunes Store or App Store for the first time
4. If you are not in the country or region you’re creating an Apple ID for
5. If you changed your country or region
6. If you're a part of Family Sharing

I am using my Apple ID and phone in the right place where I bought my phone. I have an active subscription on Hotstar app which will be ending next year October.

But how come suddenly I am not able to download any apps from the AppStore ? And also if I add another card in add payment method it again says failed even without using it once ??

The bank confirmed there is nothing pending from their end or payment that’s not fulfilled.

What possibly could be the other reason. I badly want to use my phone and download some apps it will be great if I get some help on this subject.
