One power port is working but the other is not

If your USB-C power adapter isn't charging your Mac laptop Only first the USB-C ports , the one closest to the screen, is not charging my Macbook Air. The second USB-C port is working fine and is charging my Macbook Air. Problem is only with the first port. I have: cleaned with canned air cleaned charger contacts done a hard shut down Quick restart: click the Start menu > Power button > Restart. On a Mac, click Apple > Restart.

Hi,

Try to run Apple Diagnostics if it reports something about USB-C ports(NDD001).
