IPhone Home App keeps asking me to Set Up Siri for voice recognition. Even after setting it up. I want it set up, how do I stop it from asking?

See Use multiuser on HomePod - Apple Support. Open the Home app on your iOS device. Tap Home, then select Home Settings. Choose your home, then tap your user profile under People and turn Recognise My Voice off. This should stop the requests. Power cycle the device and reboot your iPhone before trying to set it up again.
