How can i remove duplicates pictures in photos (Mac OS Big Sur)
One thing to remember, if you delete a copy of a duplicated photo and that photo is the one that is in an album it will be removed from that album as well as the library. One user had an important album and removed the wrong copy and lost the album. Just some food for thought.

There are no facilities in photos to automate this, so either
* manually,
* or using an app designed to work with the photos library (Ie one that marks the photos or puts them in an album, and lets you review and then delete them, rather than doing the delete itself.
Do NOT use a general file duplicate finder not designed to work with the photos library. They will damage your photos library and likely cause loss of your photos.
I personally use PowerPhotos (I also use this for copying images and data between libraries) https://www.fatcatsoftware.com/powerphotos/
Another suitable app recommended by experts here is PhotoSweeper (I have no personal experience of this one)
Both are paid apps.
This video tutorial on YouTube may be helpful. The tool used in the tutorial is a paid one. It offers a free trial version. The free trial version lets you scan for duplicates, preview them and select the unwanted duplicates (for deletion). You won't be able to delete selected files until you pay. All features except deletion are available in free trial version.
