Google pop ups to install Google app on iPhone 11

Hi I have an annoying problem.

I think it might have occurred since Google changed its terms and conditions recently and you had to agree to cookies before signing in on your Apple device.

Its the annoying pop up which asks you to install the Google search App and then redirects you to the Apple App Store every time you open a new tab, that's if you press the x.

Does anyone know how to stop this really annoying rubbish from Google, if I wanted there app I would install it I don't want it rammed down my mouth every time I open the search engine.

Have installed Wipr a content blocker but this hasn't helped.
