Apple Watch running: Change miles to Km
I want to change the unit of measure from miles to km in the Apple Watch running workout. There is already an answer on the forum but it appears to be outdated.

On your iPhone, in the Health app, go to summary then tap on walking and running distance,scroll down to the bottom and tap on unit then choose mi or km.

In the settings app on the watch
Tap on workout,scroll down to the very bottom and tap on units of measure and change your units here.
