Its been 4days and my icloud is stuck on 5gb.I got 5000 photos to store in icloud to get storage but the icloud bar is stuck on 5gb what should i do to check that if the photos are storing.I’ve turned on Icloud photos. (Download and keep originals)

Try taking the device off Low Battery Mode and see if it starts syncing.
