My use the subscription on more than one device? I have installed it on an ipad but my I install it on my Android phone as well?

Apps (and eventually related subscriptions) are permanently tied to the Apple ID & Password that was used to download/install them.

So, only devices which have that Apple ID can use those apps and subscriptions.
