The sharing of a shareable subscription works through Apple Family Sharing.

One in the group will have to take on the role of Organizer. That person will have to invite the others by their Apple ID accounts. The Apple TV+ subscription of any one of the group member will be accessible to all, each on their own account. It is not needed per se to activate Purchase Sharing to share a subscription.
