I have a new operating system on my macbook pro and I am trying to reconnect to an office printer. A Ricoh MP C3503. It recognizes the printer but it is not allowing it to print.

The Ricoh MP C3503 is mentioned in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a printer supporting the driverless AirPrint technology. Do you know whether AirPrint is enabled on the printer? Was AirPrint used before, or have you been printing via, for example, a generic driver?
