In researching your question I found this recent Discussion regarding that problem: Error Code1132 in Zoom Application. Clicking that link will go directly to the relevant reply from Leandro.

The solution was to contact Zoom so you still have to do that.

Are you asking about the "Zoom" product? Contact its developer.
