Hi, i would like to ask if can track the stolen iphone xsmax of my uncle? He forgot his apple ID but he do have the box of his phone which the serial number or other code are written. How may you help us with this matter? Thank you

Sorry to hear that you have lost your iPhone. Apple is not going to track your lost/stolen iPhone for you. Apple is not in the lost / found business. Please see options below:
To locate your iPhone in the Find My [Device] app, you must have activated the Find My app BEFORE the iPhone was lost. Here is some information on that app ➔ If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support.
Note that your lost iPhone must be able to make the connection to the internet via Wi-Fi or cellular connection so that it can mark its location and broadcast it.
