I have activated plan on my apple watch 6 series and i am unable to receive calls when my phone is switched off or far from Bluetooth range but i do receive calls when my phone is in Bluetooth range so can you please help me with this

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
If we understand correctly, you are unable to receive phone calls on your Apple Watch when your iPhone is turned off or out of Bluetooth range, but don't have this issue when connected to your iPhone. From your comment that you have an activated plan on your watch, you have an Apple Watch with cellular capabilities, here is more info:
