I am being told that I am going to be billed for a subscription I canceled on 1-4-21. Can anyone please help me stop this subscription?

Can anyone check or help me with canceling a subscription I thought I canceled???

Please read this link to learn how to view your subscriptions that renew automatically, change your subscription period, and turn off Automatic Renewal. --> See or cancel your subscriptions - https://support.apple.com/HT202039

Note these things:

- If you don’t cancel more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew.

- Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.

- Stopping the auto-renewal of a subscription only does that, it does not immediately stop the subscription (with the exception of free trials) which will run until the end of the period and then not renew. Because you get the full subscription until it expires, stopping automatic renewal will not result in a refund.

Is auto-renewal already off? Does it say it will renew on a certain date or does it only say the subscription will end then? If you are not seeing an option to cancel then it probably means the automatic renewal has already been turned off and the current subscription is simply waiting to expire.
