I am unable to play videos I transferred from my iPad Air 2. I receive the following message: Unable to load video. An error occurred while loading a higher quality version of this video. Yet when I email myself the same video it plays. Any help is greatly appreciated. I have too many videos to send to myself again.

If we’re on the same page, do you have iCloud Photos enabled? This is typically an error that you see when your iPhone connection isn’t able to load the photo from iCloud.
Be sure iCloud Photos is enabled and set up with these steps:
