iTunes download

This is the 2nd time I’ve downloaded and have been charged for tunes that were apparently not authorized to be played on my device. Aftercare putting in my username and password it said it had been successfully authorized, yet when I tried to play it the same message about it not being authorized popped up again.

the tune was a Lady Gaga’s Just Dance., the other one was from a couple years back but was Jimmy Buffet’s Everybody has a Cousin in Miami.

I would really appreciate it if you could please help me play these on my laptop or refund my money.

Thanks!

Delete and redownload the songs which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
