Which MacBook is best for photographers

I need to update my macbook. Which option is best when storing all photos on an external harddrive and using Adobe software.

Sorry for the late response.

Any MacBook is great for this. I recommend a MacBook Pro, but if that is out of your budget, a MacBook Air will do the job perfectly fine.
