I need to make my first installment payment for Apple's i purchased for gifts to others. Why is this so difficult, i just want to make a payment from my PC. I don't use apple, i should be able to easily pay from any device. Crazy.

I rarely use mine and haven't had an installment balance at the same time as other charges and haven't seen how it is presented, but Monthly Installments are interest free and so many or most people don't want to pay that earlier than necessary even when paying other charges in full. Thanks I appreciate it. I just don't understand why this information isn't on Apple.com, anywhere under my account. But OK, I'm there now. Unfortunately, the way the information is organized is insane. Instead of just simply showing what you owe, balance details purchases, payments, credits, etc., it shows my balance as $140 even though I really owe a couple thousand. It's bifurcated into card balance, apple balance, installment balance. What the xxx#$%$%??? To the user, this should be seamless, I really don't care if they are considering some part of this an installment balance vs. a credit card balance, it's all a balance due on a card to me. I'm a CPA, so I am able to see what they are doing here, but it took way more time than needed to be sure I'm correctly paying this thing. I'm surprised they don't present it as a balance sheet and have me reconcile debits and credits while I'm in there. Insane. Do better Apple.
