Can't delete photos from library in photos

Can select photos in library, however option to delete is not available.

I received that photos and they were copied to Ipad in the past (Itunes?). Can't access these photos with Itunes from laptop.

How can I delete them/ I'm running out of storage memory

iPad 2, iOS 9

Have you ever synced that iPhone to the new computer? If you have, then you can create an empty folder on the computer, then sync that empty folder to the computer, which would remove the photos that were synced. Then you can unsync the empty folder. That will remove all of the synced photos.

You will have to remove the in just the opposite way that you got them there. You synced them to the iPhone from the computer with iTunes. You have to connect the device to the computer and iTunes and remove the photos or folder that you synced. That folder or folders should be on the computer, and when you are in iTunes, just remove the checkmark by them and sync. That will remove the photos.
