How do I get more storage for this iPad 53?

You cannot get more storage, your iPad will always have the amount of storage it came with. You can buy space in iCloud, Apple's synching service. The only way to create more storage space is to delete photos, messages, apps, etc.. Make sure to save important photos and data to your computer or an external drive.
