How to have different top/bottom margins in the same document in Pages?

How can I change the top/bottom margins in different sections of the same document? I can't seem to find reference or resource on this. Please help.

That's disappointing! Why isn't this a feature? Think of a cover letter, where a letterhead, inserted above the normal top margin, may be used for the first page, and subsequent pages don't have the letterhead. This seems like a common practice. It's inconvenient to create 2 separate documents with different margins and then how to combine them without losing the format?
