BIG SIR Printer prints blank pages.

With the update have not been able to print or it prints partial information. Printer works with all other devices

A Canon MF227dw is mentioned in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a printer supporting the driverless AirPrint technology. Is this your printer?


AirPrint means that it can be used without a separate driver. Drivers/software from the printer manufacturer may or may not add functionality.


How is the printer connected (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or USB)? What other devices are used, and how are those connected?


If applicable, is the printer connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router) as the computer and all other computers/devices?


Has the printer been added as an AirPrint printer, or are you using drivers from Canon? If the latter, please note that there are relatively new downloads.

Also, check that you have the latest firmware.
