App Store not working after Big Sur update

Greetings!

After Big Sur update, App Store does not open, Safari has trouble opening web sites, cant update safari cause I cant access App Store updates.

I can see 7 pending updates but cant execute them. Can someone help how to get around it without having to reinstall iOS (lack of free space on Mac Air, of course).
