Did you follow all the steps in the link? It tells you everything you can do and all i could do would be to just repeat it all here. People responding to you here are users of Apple products like you. We do not work for Apple and have no access to your records. All we can do is advise you on things you can do.

Are you a Family Sharing organizer? Read that part in particular if you are. If a family member buys something and does not have enough balance to pay for it, the item will be charged to your card. All you will see is the charge. You will then have to ask all the family members about their purchases to find out what it is.

If you really cannot track this down then contact your card issuer about card fraud. Just make absolutely certain it isn't any of the other possibilities first because if you cut off payment through your card and it is a valid purchase on your account, Apple may prevent you from downloading anything else until the issue is resolved.

I dont recognize the charge
