If I am sharing Apple ID with someone when I login to an account will it log it in on the other phone as well

If you are using the same Apple ID on both devices, you can access apps without affecting the admin phone. If you are syncing Safari using iCloud, if you access sites using Safari, that data should sync to the other phone, but not change anything.
Since you changed the Apple ID, nothing should sync.
