WiFi and Bluetooth won’t turn on

After update my wifi and Bluetooth no longer work.

Take the time to make a current backup of your device and then restore it to factory and set it up as a new phone, not from a backup. If wi-fi and Bluetooth will not turn on after that, then it is a hardware issue and you will need to contact Apple for service. If it does turn on, then try restoring the iPhone from your backup and see if it will continue working.
