So my Apple ID was deleted without me knowing wondering if I reset my device that’s is connected to this non existing Apple ID would it be iCloud locked ? I was told that it won’t but I just want to be 100% sure

Your device would iCloud locked, contact apple support they will help with the activation lock if you provide them with proof of purchase.
But I purchased my iphone from a network provider in Singapore I have the proof of purchase but I dont know if apple would accept that. Imei number is mentioned in the receipt
If you haven't removed the old ID from the phone and you reset the phone, it will most likely have an Activation Lock.
Hi yes I have contacted Apple about this they have told me as it’s an delted Apple ID it won’t make sence for the device to be activation locked to an Apple ID that dose not exist
