Registering new iPad that was a gift
I received an iPad for Christmas and want to register it. How do I do this?

No registration is required.
When you set-up your iPad for first time, you will either sign-in with an existing AppleID - or you can create a new AppleID account. Your iPad is automatically associated with your AppleID, this being the account that you use with all your Apple devices.
