Answers:

A. AppleCare:

If this was purchased from Apple, and you have AppleCare on it, then you should have taken this up with them. Following through with this on a Third-Party would void all coverage by Apple.

B. Time Until Failure:

Unfortunately, there is no way to tell. So, the next time you purchase an iPhone, consider purchasing one from Apple, as they are the developers of the hardware, and would have sources that are brand-for-brand (Apple-for-Apple). All devices would eventually fail. It's the way technology is.

C. Why 4 Failures and Breaks:

Either the service team is unknowledgeable in the area, or they are not using trustworthy sources for their devices (though both are assumptions, on my part). So, I would take this to a local retailer, as they would likely be nation wide, and would have more reliable disclaimers(based on personal experience).

Your Pixels are Failing:

What has happened is the pixels on your screen are failing. So, it is time for a new screen. If you have coverage on this on Apple, then take this to Apple. If no coverage, then take this to your local retailer, seeing what the price would be.
