I would like to upload a song I have written and composed into the i-tunes store for purchase. How do I do this?

Thank-You! Apple rejected me. I have 10 songs I've performed, written, produced and have copyright since 2003. Have been in my I-tunes library since 2006. Not getting this at all.
What are UPN's etc. Apple asked for to complete making a store for uploading and distributing songs that I've written. Does this refer to the registration numbers on my songs with ASCAP?
