Hi

I have had screen issues with my Ipad pro 10.5 for the past month. The Ipad shuts of and to restart it have to hold power+home button. Last week it shutdown completely, I have tried various restart methods but no luck. Is this something that can repaired by your team.

We, just users like you, cannot diagnose that kind of issue remotely, sorry.

Make an appointment and have your iPad inspected at Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
