Connect your iPhone to Mac or PC.
If your Mac runs macOS Catalina or Big Sur, open Finder. If your Mac runs macOS Mojave or earlier; or if you are on Windows PC, open iTunes.
Trust the computer if asked.
From the Summary tab, click on Back Up Now. You may have to choose 'This Computer,' if not already.
Your computer will backup your iPhone.
