identify apple accounts

Since I am new to Apple products, I need some help. Learning apple compared to 40+ years of PC and IT seems a little confusing to me. I am guessing the longer I have used the products, the more comfortable I will become.

I am trying to figure out where a $109 charge from apple is located. I don't have anything on I-tunes and when I chatted with an apple online, they asked if I had another account. I purchased my Iphone, watch and Ipad at that same time and can't imagine that they are separate accounts. Isn't there one place that I can signin and see all of my charges from all these devices or do I need to go to each device and try to locate them.

Help, I feel like I am getting so frustrated typing my password and not getting the answers I need.
