Unable to compress files or folders

I have a folder I want to upload to google drive, but it won't compress and says "the operation couldn't be completed. Undefined error: 0." I've tried compressing both folders and files, and some of them have this message, while some of them work as intended.

I attached a screenshot:

The forward slashes "/" in the filenames may be a problem. Instead replace the forward slashes "/" with dashes "-". Forward slashes have special meaning to the low level operations so they should not be used with a file or folder name.
