thanks for your answer - but it did not solve my problem.
Most people complain they are not loud enough
Settings, Sounds and haptics , Headphone safety
Turn on Reduce loud sounds
Set slider to, say, 75dB
I think you need to arrange a repair
it is possible - but when I connect a small external Bluetooth speaker without a separate volume button, the sound is too loud to work for. Maybe some people know a app that can solve the problem ?
You should be able to click the vol down button while the media is playing until it is virtually silent
