I have asked this and nobody has the solution. I have iPhone 11 Max pro. I have saved bookmarks from safari that will not delete from my homescreen. Everything jiggles but no delete option on those. HOW do I get these off my homescreen?!! I have no “restrictions” settings and they are NOT listed in my saved bookmarks.

Thanks for the Screenshot. I'm not sure of why you are not presented with a "Delete" option. I added a bookmark to the Home Screen:

Edit: Just reviewed your first post and you obviously stated that you have no restrictions.

Nope. This is all I get;
Perhaps How do I rename a book mark on my iphone? may help answer your question. Although the OP wanted to "Edit" the bookmark, there is also a "Delete" option:
Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases and look at the setting for Deleting Apps.
I have no restrictions in any of the settings. No option. Thank you for responding btw
