Set up: Apple ID Suggestions

Set up process stoped at Update Apple ID settings: Some account services will not be available until you sign in again. Continue. However, the continue will not function when pressed.

Restart your phone and try again. If you are just doing the initial set up, you have nothing to lose. It won’t hurt anything.
