i have 2 iphone one is lock out and i dont remember the passcode i am in my Icloud and i can see all of my phone how do i open the one phone

I have 2 i phone attached to the same icloud account. one is lock out and i dont remember the passcode. i thought that i had both phone with the same code. i am in my icloud and i want to know how to onlock the one phone
