sleep transition timed out kernel panic, suspected bundle IOUSBHostFamily

this is happening now fairly regularly on the new M1 Macbook Air.

So I took back the laptop to the apple shop and after some "low level resets" the panics are gone. I was told not to restore from time machine if I had a backup based on that, but a simple file based restore is fine.
