Dictionary adds a language automatically

In Spotlight, if I type something a word that does not exist in English but can be found in another language, then Dictionary automatically adds that language and shows me the translation. This is not a useful thing, it's a bug and it should be disabled!

Moreover when this happens the new language is not shown in the list of dictionary sources, so in order to remove it I need to add it first and then remove it.

Here are some screen shots:

* Typing a word into Spotlight finds a Dutch translation, even though I don't have Dutch as one of my languages:

* After selcting the Dictionary line in Spotlight and hitting Enter, I am in Dictionary and now Dutch appears as one of the sources:

* Open preferences, scroll to Dutch. These sources are not checked. If I check and uncheck one of them, the Dutch source will be removed from the bar.

Who told you that exactly? It's obvious that users present here can't fix bugs like that in MacOS.
