apple music issues

Have issues with apple music, I can play my playlist but unable to access the other source like the browse, radio and search. I have closed the app and restarted my phone but still having the same problem. How can I fix the problem on my end? Or maybe there's a apple music maintenance going on that I'm not aware of?

It sounds like you’re having an issue with Apple Music. It sounds like you can play music from your playlists, but you're not able to use the other functions. We'd like to get more information in order to assist.


What exactly happens when you try those other functions? Do you get an error, are they blank, or something else?


Which iOS version are you using under Settings > General > About?


To start troubleshooting, try testing this from both a cellular data connection and a Wi-Fi connection. Do you get the same results on both, or does one work?
