Why not troubleshoot the problem? We find that many times users install apps such as antivirus, cleaning or other types of maintenance apps that are useless and cause problems. By posting your EtreCheck report you will have multiple experienced users review it so they can look to see if you have installed anything in error that is causing the problem.

EtreCheck is free, does not post any personal information and can save you lots of time and money. In short you have nothing o lose.

We are all end users just like you so we are not going to fix anything for you. Apple is simply our hosts, they do not read or participate in these forums. If you are having an issue, please do the following and we can look for obviously problems with your installation.

Please navigate to the Mac App Store or navigate to www.Etrecheck.com and download the free version of EtreCheck. Once you have you downloaded the app and installed it, please run the report and save it. This report will help us get a good idea what has been installed on your system and help us be able to diagnose what may be wrong.

When you have your report, you can attach it when you reply to this message and we can then review it and help you determine what is needed to get your system running well again.
