while using an ipad as a secondary display via sidecar, is it possible to play the audio out of that secondary display at the same time?

the ipad pro has great speakers and i would like the audio to play out of that and the laptop at the same time. i could not find the ipad as an audio device when i tried to make a new midi profile for the device's audio output.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.2

thanks, for letting me know if it is possible. This solved my question.

guess i got another feature request to write up. Ipad Pro does have great speakers and using that as a duel audio output would make the experience of using sidecar all the better.

No, you cannot send audio to the iPad via Sidecar.
