Any iPad that supports iPadOS13 or later.

For iPad models with a Lightning port, you will require an Apple Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter:

For the 2018/2020 models of iPad Pro - and the 2020 iPad Air4 - you can make direct connection to external USB Storage using the USB-C port of the iPad.
