Hello. I have tried several times to find a way to contact you about a case that was closed but not finished.


it’s regarding an in-game purchase in merge dragons.

I tried to buy a one time offer for 249 dkk but there was a message saying “Purchase didn’t go through” I tried 3 times without success. My problem is now that apple store has withdrawed 750 dkk from my account. But no one of the purchases resulted in anything in the game.

I would like to have all my money returned and I am not interested in any in-game things.


if you can’t help me through this connection I would like I direct contact method to someone who can help.

Did you contact the game developer? go to this link - Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple


How to request a refund

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  3. If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
  4. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.

If you can't request a refund on reportaproblem.apple.com

If the charge is pending, you canʼt request a refund yet. After the charge goes through, try to request a refund again.

If you have an unpaid order, you need to pay for that order before you request a refund. You might need to update your payment information.
